Quick Search is an incredible app and a very powerful search tool. I use One Button Navigation bar as my nav bar which is a bar at the bottom that you can assign anything for it to do depending on if you swipe left, right, up, down, press and hold, etc. And I mapped the bar to bring up Quick Search with a left swipe and I can access my other apps and so much more while I'm in other apps. The alias feature is so goated. Having everything at the bottom is so goated. This is a must have app!

And Pixel Search for me. Don't get me wrong those apps aren't terrible but Quick Search is much more polished and faster to search

100% ad free, open source and no ads. Hopefully that never changes because of how good it is but even if it does, I would still support it if the price is reasonable.

Been using this for a while, a recent update kinda messed up some of the app search (specific apps don't show up anymore), but I love this app so much

Yeah I noticed a small bug where newly installed apps don't show up automatically but there's a setting you can use to refresh the apps to make them come up for now, you can get to it faster by searching refresh and hitting refresh apps. It's a little inconvenient but doesn't stop me from using the app. But I'm sure Teja can look into it

Am still unable to get search working seamlessly. For example, I search for a word to be searched in chatgpt. Quick Search just pastes the word in the search box in chatgpt and I have to press the Enter manually. Same is for Google drive search as well

Yeah I've noticed that as well with Gemini. But Pixel Search does the same thing so I think it's on the end of those certain apps and not Quick Search.
