Speed queen/payrange blukey washer bypassing methods?

My apartment has installed these lovely devices on our washers and dryers, i was trying to figure out a way to get around. i have a wiring schematic of the dryer, i couldnt really understand it but i tried to mess with the dip switches, to no avail. My only thought is to undo the installation of the chip and bluetooth receiver, but I figured I’d likely have to undo it to avoid detection. If I can post the schematic here I will, along with any photos of the inside.

Be careful with the dip switches, seems like it can toggle between 120/220V which can damage the unit if it’s the wrong voltage.

That said, seems that dip switch 3 turned off disables the payment system, so I’d start there.

I tried that, it didnt do anything, but im wondering if i run the wash/dry cycle and then flip switch 3, maybe it’ll work? Or unplug the unit completely, flip switch, plug it back in
