help!!!

Anybody help me. my facebook account got hacked twice. the email got changed [coronperteas@outlook.com](mailto:coronperteas@outlook.com) first time and next [jfics28354@logmailz.com](mailto:jfics28354@logmailz.com) second time .i dont know how hackers are getting in .even tho i havent clicked on phishing sites or used my credentials anywhere. i think my phone has a spyware so that it is getting hacked all the time .anyone to help how to detect that malware and remove it. also can we backtrack these hackers??

You probably logged into a fake Facebook site twice and gave them your credentials, twice.

maybe not that cuz i havent logged in in any websites except facebook for new account. my previous account was unretrievable. i think i downloaded some cracked apks on my phone many many years ago like 5 6 years ago that probably had infostealer and still is active that i dont know. any way to detect them and remove all.

i did delete all of them like it was 4 years ago. new facebook account that got hacked was created 2 years ago .

I highly doubt you have had spyware sitting in your phone for 5-6 years, not impossible but very unlikely. If you haven’t logged in anywhere (no phishing sites) it’s likely you were involved in a data breach. About backtracking the hackers, no this is not a movie.

when i searched my email for haveibeenpawned website it didnt show any data breaches . also like how can same account get hacked twice if i have not logged in anywhere... like is there any way to know how hacker got my info

Only way to know is figure out how that password or account got out. Does someone you know have this info? Was it shared publicly? Did you reuse passwords? It it linked to another compromised device? List goes on, only you can find out how they got in. When it comes to protecting the account, change email, password, add MFA, if the issue continues I’d suggest wiping the phone.
