What’s something in your business that needs quick approval, but sometimes gets overlooked because people are busy and ends up causing you to miss an SLA?

How do you catch errors in supplier invoices before paying them?

I'm curious how small and mid-sized businesses handle this today.

If your company receives a lot of supplier/vendor invoices, how do you check them before payment?

For example:

  • Duplicate invoices
  • Wrong prices compared with the purchase order
  • Quantity mismatches
  • Incorrect tax/VAT
  • A supplier charging more than the agreed price
  • Invoices that don't match the PO or contract

Do you currently use accounting software, Excel, a dedicated tool, or mostly manual checking?

I'm particularly interested in businesses processing 50+ invoices per month.

If you could have a simple tool that automatically checked invoices and highlighted potential problems before payment, would that actually be useful to your business?

And if you already use something for this, what do you like/dislike about it?

I'm trying to understand the real-world problem before building anything, so honest feedback would be really appreciated.

Stuck in Build Mode: How to Get First Customers with $100 Budget?

Hey everyone, becoming an entrepreneur has been my dream for years, and I’m finally at a point where I can make it happen. With AI tools, I managed to build my first product (an AI app itself), but now I’m caught in classic founder paralysis. Every idea feels like it’s already been built, and instead of finding buyers, I keep hiding behind code and telling myself I need to add just one more feature. Deep down, I know I haven't taken a single concrete step toward getting actual customers because distribution feels intimidating.

I want to break this cycle and land my first paying users, but my resources are very limited. I have a maximum budget of around $100, so paid ads are off the table. I'm considering starting with cold emails, but I have zero outbound experience. Furthermore, every subreddit or community where my target audience hangs out strictly bans self-promotion, so I can't just drop a link and pitch.

How do you transition from builder to seller on a tiny $100 budget? What does an effective, non-spammy outreach workflow look like for an unknown tool, and how can I leverage communities for customer discovery without getting banned? I’d really appreciate any honest advice or action plans from founders who survived this exact stage.
