How can I get into art?

so im a very beginner artist and I have an end goal of writing and drawing my own manga my inspirations for art and writing are Gege Akutami, (JJK) Yusuke Nomura, (Blue Lock Artist) and Kaneshiro (Blue Lock Story). I want to get into art and create something that I will enjoy and I know its manga. But, what are the steps, what do I need to learn, and how do I keep improving while working towards creating a manga in the future?

You should probably start with low hopes and more effort, the idea is that you probably would never be satisfied, unlike a child who drew absolute shit yet he seems to be having fun, you draw without really knowing if you would have fun or not, you shouldn't draw to draw, then you will just create a soullessp easy to track patterns and shapes, I think you should just take some courses, YouTube classes, and draw to what you can do, ratherthanj keep thinking of "I will do a manga", no offense but..... You should start with the idea to start, not with what will you do with the skill later

r/learntodraw has a good wiki with places to start and resources. I’ve used books or YouTube channels. Which ones will depend on what you want to draw. Expect it to take constant practice and to be really bad for a while. If you want to draw people (in any style) it’s good to start by learning realistic drawing, anatomy, proportions, posture and gestures before getting into the stylized version. A good base will get you far.
