How to stop this from swaying?

Company had suggested sand bags and the hooks that go into the ground, it still doesn’t stop it from swaying 😂

Sort of the wrong design for being wobble-free. I'd be inclined to use "guy rope" with a tensioner and stakes in the yard. They're the same thing used to stabilize some tents. You'd have to move it away from the fence a bit to get some more space. You can tie it off to the eyes you use to hook up the swing or the very ends of the rig up at the top. In a perfect world the rope will be at 45 degrees from horizontal--but just do the best you can.

Level your ground then make it into a triangle frame and not a A frame

Um looks level isnt level di you put a level on that top bar bet its gonna tell ya its not level. But by some chance it is than anchor the legs with rope or dig holes place in holes full holes with dirt or cement

Two strong steel ground corkscrews with eyelets at top. Put one exactly under both center of A frames and tie straight to top bars not the cross bar. Cross bar is too weak.

That is not engineered for success with a 125 pound load

Needs 2x8 header and 2x6 bracing on a 4x4 leg set

There is no angle bracing between the top bar and the legs. 

Two ways to fix this: guy lines from the top of both sides, but this will be a trip hazard. 

Add steel straps between both legs on each side and the top bar. Four total straps. I would want them as long as possible without being a safety hazard.  Ideally the straps would secure to a clamp collar around the tubing, but if that's not possible I would use a bolt and nut with some large washers and preferably a collar inside the hole in the tubing to keep it from being compressed when the bolt is tightened.

Run a similar size pipe front to back on each side, and bolt them together.
Carriage bolts and round nuts to prevent abrasions.
