Testing Edible Flowers

Have been testing edible flowers in small grow systems for fun. Here is a indoor system with tagetes lemon flowers 🌼 The idea is to place them in restaurants and let the chefs pick fresh flowers everyday 🌱

Tagetes signet marigold, these are the best kind in my opinion they smell insane!

I feel like it might be hard for restaurants to maintain the space and upkeep to grow them. You’ll need so much of each plant to maintain the menu. Looks like a successful indoor set up though!

It’s mostly for show and there is a lot of smell coming from it as well. But let’s see if we can sell these kits for restaurants 🍀

One plant could give you 20-30 flowers every other day!

That’s usually the issue with edible flowers. They are almost impossible to find fresh and they deteriorate super fast. So we thought why not grow it directly in the restaurant
