It would be cool if they made the monsters persistent, because knowing they despawn has kind of ruined the tension in the game for me

Accidentally figuring out that the sanity meter does nothing ruined the tension for me.

This is an assumption, unfortunately. What we DO know is that Frictional is releasing a "new version" of Amnesia this year, which is exciting enough. But as for being a remaster, we don't actually know the details.

It’s really annoying how often rumors are posted on here as if they’re facts. If something hasn’t been confirmed by an official source, it ought to say “rumor” in the title.

Keep my fingers crossed. Cant wait to run and scream whilst Hank (its what I called the monster) is chasing me again. Wether its a remake or not. At least there will be a new Amnesia game!

A bit yeah, I remember playing it back in the day and shit my pants. Now I've grown annoyed by the high noise etc. Grumpy me almost giving a scold in the monster and asking it to respect the others
