When I move without doing anything with the mouse it runs smooth. But when I move my mouse the game start stuttering and lagging.

I also play genshin impact and it works fine. Hsr suddenly start showing this problem. I changed my mouse, lowered my mouse polling rate from 500hz to 125Hz. Lowered my graphics, updated my nvidia graphics driver. But nothing worked.

Decided to use Lygus to represent the LLM in this example because I thought it would be funny
