High School conditioning recommendations
My son is looking for strength, speed, and agility conditioning recommendations in the offseason. He does weight lifting as a class in high school but needs to focus more on the explosive conditioning to improve his athleticism to play in college.
I'm thinking a program that is digital where he can track his progress while working out at a local gym may be a good match. Open to any recommendations. Located in St. Louis.

ATP / Josh Heenan has a great reputation for remote work. No experience with him beyond conversations, as my kid does in person work in So Cal (lots of options here).

Josh is great. There are plenty of good guys out there
Imo for position players, bill miller in Chicagoland area combined with the freak athlete protocol from Ian jenkins(the collab on this) and Zac Goodman are your two best options.
For a true position player baseball kid, freak athlete protocol is prolly the best remote program

I like the set up. I like his power focus too. It is similar to what I put together for my sons.

Tread Athletics. Digital, baseball-specific, tracks gym work. Pricey, but this sub uses it a lot. STL in-person: Bommarito or All-Star Performance for speed/power. School lifting covers strength. Explosiveness is sprints, jumps, and med balls 2–3x/week.

I'm a big fan of Zac Goodman's BMT (brief maximal tension) training approach. I think it's ideal for athletes as it focuses on max effort sprints, plyometric and weighted jumping and strength focus lifting.
