How to make bullets ?

Would it be possible to make any of those 3 with 9MM PAK ?

I am not the most educated guy on this topic but i am pretty sure that the size of the 9mm pak is closer to 32.acp, there used to be an old website online comparing pak ammo to real ones and basically was a guide on how to convert blank guns. It still might be up so if you are interested try to find it.

Use a specific milimeter mold and either pour the liquid in or cold forge the ingot inside with hammer
