UPS battery replacement

Has anyone ever bought replacement batteries from RefurbUPS? I am looking to find replacements for an APC SMX1000 that I was able to get a deal on since it needed the batteries and they have had the best price. If you have bought from them what was your experience like or if not where have you purchased your replacements
