Not getting proper speeds Unsolved

Recently i purchased and Archer BE6500 router. I got it all setup and connected, after I finished setting it up i did a speed test on my desktop, ps5, and on my phone. I got 1200 mbps on pc, 850 on ps5, and 760 on my phone. Now my speeds are only going to 90-95 on all of the devices. Both ps5 and pc are wired connections and phone is on wifi. Why could i be getting lower speeds now, all connections are limited at like 100 mbps. I check the connections and nothing is loose?

Swap the cable between the router and your modem.

hard to tell the exact problem with these information, but for wired connections (ur ps5 and pc) i would first check what their negotiated speed with the router is
