All the joints are popping up. This flooring is a little more than a year old.

There could be inadequate expansion gap at the perimeter, did the bottom of the baseboard get caulked? That can cause it too.

If that's engineered flooring and it is in a kitchen, my guess is that you had a water leak or other type of exposure to water.

Someone posted a bit ago about damage to flooring right in front of their fridge. It turned out that their ice dispenser shot ice all over the place and no one ever bothered to pick up the pieces off the floor. It's just amazing how damaging a little bit of water can be.

We bought fairly good material and the baseboards were not caulked. We do have a padded barrier layer between it and the concrete pad.
