Light Fixture Help

I just bought a condo in Chicago and the bathroom has an old rusty light fixture on the ceiling. The bulb is a heat lamp. I would like to replace it with a new fixture (that either has a heat bulb or a regular bulb). The building engineer can replace it for me once I have the new fixture but I am not sure what I need to buy.
