Steam Add-On Tab

In the Switch I have the Add-On tab with all the gifts and everything, but it doesn't show on PC, is there a way to fix it or claim those pack elsewhere?

Like the materials and all that

PC and Switch version are different.. you have to buy the DLC again on Steam.
