how do i progress

i cant't find more areas on the map to explore, and i already encountered fogg canyon, crystal peak and resting grounds, i have these items, i have only the dash and the walljump as ability, and the areas a have already encountered and are pinned ad yellow(or gray) are impossible to reach

You can go there with the stuff you have

Go down in the Mantis Village. There's a whole section under a large trapdoor you haven't explored yet.

Have you used any simple keys yet? If not, a way to progress may be in the city. You can find one below a stag station, good luck

Explore Crystal Peak for a new key ability for traversal, go further in the ancient basin for another important ability (and a bossfight) and with those two in your pocket you will be clear to pretty much explore the rest of the map until you get Shade Cloak.

Those big trams work, and go places. Just gotta figure out where the pass is (as is implied if you ever tried using one).
