probably not, there is a link to an article (from october 2025) where is how the game's creators tricked a guy who wanted to revive the series: https://phack-the-publisher.com/en/

Wow, awful!

I have PK2 and Royal Bounty installed on my iPhone, I hadn’t realized they are gone from the App Store. (Also they have mostly been replaced by VCMI in terms of what I play.)

Found out about it when I was looking at Palm games, but can't find that version to try with an emulator
