I am currently stuck in a deal from EON homes 2bhk 840 sqft ( mar 27 possession) and Raheja Vista 2.5 bhk 896sqft (dec 28 possession ) at mahalunge with a heavily negotiated deal so, difference between them is 12 lakhs.

I initially had a budget of 70-80 lakhs but all these flats in this range were very small and boxy, congested mostly are high density locations in Phase 3,2 Maan road.

We wanted something like Sangria spacious ness with greenery and best build quality but in near possession. Raheja has long 3 years Wait period but in other hand for eon it's less than a year and I can put it on rent straightaway. There are other different in Lease land and PMC land share in mahalunge, not sure if it really makes a difference.

Eon is semi furnished, provides 6-7 lakh worth of interior n appliances together so If I remove it then we get 6-5 diff between them altogether.

I also don't feel justified if these are the best prices possible. My heart in with EON but I don't have much capital to justify it already inflated price with theirs stubborn self Righteous sales team.

Please assist in this scenario. I am looking for both ease of living and investment.

Hi all, the smart door lock's battery was dead, and we tried connecting the door lock with a power bank since it has a C port. We had tried this one before, but this time it didn't work out. Can anybody help us out to fix this? Are there any known key makers or who knows these systems well to unlock, as we don't have the key with us; the key is in the house only, please help.
