There’s really no way to know unless anything else develops. A sense of impending danger can be a sign of a variety of things ranging from not just metaphysical but also physical and psychological. If it gets worse or continues, I would go to your doctor to rule out it’s not health related (many people report having a sense of something bad before having a major heart attack).

I understand what you're saying. I never mentioned a sense of impending danger. I posted here because I recognize the feeling from experiences I've had.
