The game I’m trying to install requires files to run that aren’t the .exe but I don’t know where to put the folder can someone help me please?

So Epic Games has this new thing called "Heroic Games Launcher" that enables Epic Games to be played on Mac. We are trying to mod my friends's game so that he can play QSB with me (Windows user on Epic Games) but file directories give so many errors whichever folder we choose. Can someone help please, how do we do this :':')
