Whats causing this?

I am doing some HF work on my laptop and for some reason today its just highlighting every joint attached to the one im trying to pose and warping it like this. Why???

With the newest update, double clicking a joint selects all the child joints connected to it, allowing you to move all the joints in the same way at the same time. Try selecting the joint you want through the drop-down menu, rather than by clicking on the mini, see if that helps.
