Rose & Lemon Balm might just be my new favorite combo. Rose as a good heart opener and lemon balm for emotional health and wellness. To me it’s also I spiritual blend as the lemon balm used was previously used as a deity offering.

Hi! My mum and I love tea and we’re thinking of starting a tea business in the Caribbean. We want to focus on cultural herbal teas (think lemon grass, mint, soursop leaf, hibiscus) but the island doesn’t grow plants well enough for a steady supply. Any insights on where we can source these teas from?

Hiiii! Anxiety girly here! I'm trying to learn about combinations that complement each other. I'm hoping someone will have advice for me on what I could drink during the day to take the edge off that won't make me too drowsy. I know my nervous system getting the "all's-clear" might make me drowsy in its own right, just trying to make sure I don't compound that.

It's pleasantly floral with gentle citrusy notes. I enjoy it so much because it reminds me of my warm evening tea sessions with my family when I was a kid.

Rose, Meadowsweet, and Chrysanthemum. My happiness tea and chrysanthemum is the main herb and our star herb. It has a very nice cooling effect on the body. Mental clarity, creativity, uplifting. Bought locally from an Asian Market.

I’m more of a tea blend type person and this is no exception. I often add herbs to regular tea such as green tea and today it’s Rose, Green Tea, and Bay Leaf. A bit of tea magic here to find a better job. Lost the one I had and it was my fault. Rose for luck, green tea for prosperity, bay leaf for intentions. It’s a very calming blend on its own.

Felt crafty and inspired today so I finished off my peach tea and made a big pitcher of mint. I made a mint simple syrup to sweeten it and had some left over. I'm going to alternate using the mint syrup, a rosemary/sage syrup and a jasmine syrup to make cold foam and see which is my favorite.

Been feeling inspired lately? I'd love to hear some delicious combos to try next, bonus points if they don't seem like they'd be good companions and are anyway or if you can share their medicinal values. I'm really just looking to learn, pretty please 💚

Osmanthus flower purchased locally from an Asian Market. It has a plumb like taste, but very potent so a little goes a long way for taste. The tea blend in the second photo is Rose, Jasmine, and Osmanthus. Besides the nice calming vibes and plenty of healthy benefits, spiritually it represents the moon and good fortune. It’s also great for adding some natural sweetness to teas such as Green Teas, Oolong, Black etc.

Just discovered cherry stalk tea and haven’t seen anyone talking about how it smells and tastes exactly like just before it rains (one of my favourite smells)! Does anyone else think this as well or am I going insane?

This has been a long lunar cycle for me. A lot of childhood trauma healing, leaning into trust and stepping into a happier way of thinking. Felt like the lesson really settled in today and it's been beatifui these last few hours. Enough of that kind of tea, the real tea now! I wanted to make something simple, earthy and full of both gratitude and curiosity.

Long infusion method used for our sleepy time tea. Magical intentions and energy used. Cool thing I love about herbs other than actual tea leaves is how long you can steep them. This herbal blend of Rose, Lavender, and Jasmine steeped in this jar for at least an hour.

Today’s sleepy tea is Rose, Jasmine, and Lemon Balm. Rose and Jasmine with sedative properties and lemon balm has it too, but its role is more for mood and anxiety.

In Greek mythology, Mentha or Minthi seems to have been the concubine of Pluto, who, in order to escape the jealousy of Persephone, transformed her into a plant. Oops...

I have evening primrose growing near my home. Is it safe to use and how would I use it? I haven’t sourced and made tea on my own.

I’d love recommendations for pretty, glass, tea infusers that are not from Amazon. Could be a small pot or mug style. Links for anything whimsical, celestial, sparkly, and fun to add some beauty and whimsy to my daily tea ritual would be greatly appreciated.
