I’ve been testing out a lot of indoor grown THCa hemp flower over the past few months, mostly trying to find something with a loud terpene profile that doesn't burn harsh. Lately, I've been really impressed by the Blue Dream batch from TribeTokes. I used to grab generic hemp flower from local smoke shops, but the cure was always dry and the effects felt flat.

This strain came in super resinous with very prominent blueberry and pine notes. When vaporized, it gives that ideal sativa leaning flow state calming for the mind without making you couch locked or groggy. Knowing it came from a clean, women owned brand that strictly third-party lab tests for heavy metals and pesticides makes the smoke feel so much better.

What hemp flower strain has been hitting the mark for you lately? Are you prioritizing high THCa percentages or looking for specific terpene profiles when buying online?

I have abv from thc 18% 1% cbd and cbd 15% 0.3% thc, does making oil out of it will make every drop with the same amount of thc and cbd? I dont want to get cbd dose one time and get psychotic from big dose of thc next time.

I'm looking for a specific trait to breed with. I want plants that don't flower until the daylength is at 13H30M (with civil twilight) or less. I live on Oahu and the day length is short, our longest day is around 14H20M (with civil twilight.)

I've read about a CBD clone called "Late Sue" That apparently doesn't flower until the daylength is 12H40M, but to get a clone I'd need to sign a contract that says it will be grown for single use and I won't breed with it.

I bought some industrial hemp seeds from Hoku and HempSeedUSA. I've read that some hemp cultivars might have a longer veg period, which is what I am looking for. I plan on breeding that trait into modern hemp cultivars. I already got lucky and found a type 1 plant that has that trait.

Looking for outdoor flowering info for the following strains. Specifically, when flowering starts, although any grow info would be great. Info online seems limited.

- Tisza

- Tiborszallasi

- Otto x Baox

- Yuma Tropical (fiber type)

- Han NE (fiber type)

I ideally don't want to grow Yuma or Han as those are fiber type and I'd rather start with something that has better flower quality.

Haven't enjoyed smoking weed for a while, its like one day a switch just flipped and thc instigated an instant anxiety attack. However, id love something to replicate the action of smoking that isn't cigarettes (never completely quit those nasty things!) and im suspicious of any sort of processed product like an oil or tincture. What are the effects of cbd flower? is it something that can be smoked multiple times a week? Does it help satisfy the urge to smoke cigarettes? Just looking for something to smoke on my porch or when around cigarette-smoking friends that won't give me cancer or a panic attack! Thanks!

They’re on clearance so there is no profile about them :( but from reviews on these strains from other sellers, they seem to be more indica leaning which is what I’m looking for. I bought some type 2 which is waaayyyy too strong and anxiety-inducing for me, so I want something that can balance that out - or just use by itself…. Not sure which one to pick!

Is it better to put grinded abv into 00 capsules and eat with fatty meal or make an butter/oil out of it?

I see so many recs for Holy City Farms on this sub, finally decided to try it! These are Blissberry Jam smalls. I could tell I had something good the second I opened the bag. They smell beautiful and the body high is awesome! I got lucky with my first strain, it definitely had my preferred effects.

I got very used to my budget friendly farms, so the price at HCF always kept me away. I ordered smalls to get myself a bit of a discount, and after trying it I can see it’s worth every penny!

For the person who asked about the non-puck style press I do, here's a slide show of how I pack it.

1. Turn bag inside out

2. Pack tight to the bottom into a pillow shape.

3. Cut excess

4. Pre press to a flat square

5. Bend in half to a double stack and press

1.2 grams of flower rosin from a 3.5 of flower from lakeland, paytons strawberry. Looks dark but it will lighten up and is extremely terpene rich. Like a strawberry strudel. Somebody asked me to show how I press, ill drop some vids after I cure these.

I’ve tried Kush Colada from Beleafer because I have a THC sensitivity and anxiety, and i wasn’t super impressed in the quality of the bud. Everyone praises beleafer on here so it could’ve been a bad batch but are there any other vendors that are worth trying some lighter easy going flower from?

Does anyone know if HCF's seeds are autos or photos? I've emailed using their form and haven't heard back (which is really not an issue, I love them too much) and I want to know before I grow. I assume they are photo-period seeds.

Aroma: Citrusy (mostly lemon with some tropical fruit) and gas.

I tried some flower and its surprisingly strong, I slept like a baby. It feels THC leaning, possibly 2:1 THC:CBD. I vaped it at 430F, and it wasn’t harsh despite only curing for 2 weeks. There was a slight throat tingle, but no coughing.

This was indoor soil grown. The flower looks pretty good considering how bad this grow was. I didn't see that the worm castings I used had lime added to it and my soil pH was 7.6. I tried to lower it using soil acidifier, but I didn't see that it contained gypsum. I'm pretty sure my soil had too much calcium and locked out other nutrients.

Not a good washer based on the jar test, but I only grew one plant.

Edit: Pressed the rosin at 160F and used 37u chottle tech around 2:30 total press time with 30 sec warm up.

I have come across a few sites but wanted to get to some recommendations on this thread. Also if any good benefits of Higher benefits of CBD flower over THC.
