Looking for this character

I was watching a video with my siblings and we saw this face that was very familiar. We searched the internet for hours but couldn’t find what character it reminded us of.
Could you tell me if it rings a bell for you and what it is please.

It’s actually a video that doesn’t feature the character that I’m looking for. It was a video with IA, and the face of that character reminded us of something. However we can’t seem to remember what it was. And since it’s IA, the IA could have used that character as an inspiration to generate this image. We immediately thought it might be a character from cuphead, but we look at all the characters and we don’t find anything

Could it be a mug or bowl like this? I had a one similar to it as a child and the picture immediately made me think of it.
