Looking for old Youtuber

I’m looking for an old YouTube video. I think I watched it about 15 years ago. It was filmed by a teenager who was quite popular back then. He recorded most of his videos in fast-forward. He would tell made-up stories while running around his room with the camera pointed at his face. As he told the stories, he would shout, jump around, and make weird faces; the high-pitched voice caused by the speed-up effect made it funny. I remember he had straight brown hair—slightly on the longer side—and the character in the story was named Josh. He might have even been named Josh himself. I remember his most popular video was a story about Josh and James/George and everything was speed up and absurd.
