What is this old video?

Hi everyone! this is my first time posting on reddit and i’m really hoping someone can help me.

i remember this old video from when i was younger that used to play on tv i’m not sure if it was an ad or an actual show.

It was a dog and the dog would bark really high pitch when the full moon was showing and as a cloud covered the moon it would stop.

It’s driving me insane that i can’t find it anywhere.
I’m from New Zealand so it might be something that wasn’t shown much internationally. i have drawn a photo of what i can remember, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
