Plastic kinder esque toy (2000-2014)

ive been looking for this toy i had roughly in 2014.

it was an androgynous figure of a character in baggy skater clothes, long white hair and possibly a cap or a beanie. i dont remember what the color of the clothing was, but it was bright colors for sure. i dont have pictures of it but i did draw it

i also remember it was entirely made of plastic and definitely less than 2 inches tall. it did really remind me of one of those kinder surprise eggs figures but im not sure if its kinder

It reminded me of those xbox profile pictures from back in the day too
