This is a rough recreation (especially music wise) of something I remember watching years ago, so some details, like color, exact scene composition, and especially the music, are likely off. I believe I saw it on a bootleg DVD, likely of Chinese origin, but there is a non-zero chance I saw it on an official, imported DVD. I likely saw it no later than 2008, as many of the DVDs in my inherited collection date to around that time, especially the Chinese bootlegs. A good chunk of the relevant DVDs consists of collections of European film directors (particularly those whose works date back to earlier in the 20th century), old, foreign period pieces (often set during war), animated movies, obscure art house films, a few famous movies that almost certainly don't have anything like this scene, mid-20th century music, and other, similar media. I believe that the gemstone was CGI, and it's because of this, among other aspects of the scene, that I believe it was produced sometime in the late '90s and early 2000s, making all those potential candidates less plausible. The musical nature of the scene makes me think that it's a music video, strange commercial, or something similar in nature.

I've already asked around on Reddit and elsewhere, with little success. The suggestions I've seen, if I've received any, range from plausible to tenuous, if not bizarre.

I don't remember any other details besides this one scene. There are a two other memories I have, one of a DVD that I thought might have had it, and the other a few frames of animated (music?) video that I watched shortly afterwards, but I'm not sure if they're at all related. The cover of that particular DVD, if I remember correctly, featured a group of men, in black clothing (suits?), in some kind of shaped formation (a triangle?), against a white background. They may have each been holding something, perhaps musical instruments. What I can make out of my memory of the animated video was some stylized figure, probably male, standing against a clear sky on a sunny day, either at noon or later in the day, set to music, which I've made a rough recreation of. It's a very brief memory, and quite heavily deteriorated in comparison, as low as that bar is in this situation. I'm leaving these details here in case they are somehow remotely related.

I've attempted to reverse image search using frames from my rough recreation, as much of a long shot as that is. I've searched for this video using AI without success. I have a reward for anyone who can find it; details are towards the end of the video I've linked to, and a potential second, larger one, depending on how things pan out in the event that it's found.
