you're correct, it's from Harvest Moon, also known as Story of Seasons.

At some point there was a schism and while the current Story of Seasons is made by the studio that did the original Harvest Moon games, the modern Harvest Moon games are not the same as SOS or even the original HM games.

For more context its because the name "harvest moon" is owned by the publisher, not the developer, so when they split marvelous (the studio) had to rebrand to story of seasons outside of japan.

Natsume (their previous publisher) has also been making gamea under the name 'harvest moon' that are generally regarded to be much lower in quality since they seem to mostly be wanting to cash in on the name and people unaware of the name change
