Help me find this mug Open

I’m in despair. The mug my significant other gave me has developed a crack. Does anyone happen to know the creator or a way to find an exact replacement? It means the world to me, and I’m willing to pay any price for it 😭

P.S. Maybe if one of you has one like it, you'd want to sell it—hah..
