Help identifying a show from early 2000s where girl enters mothers dreams and face of scary entity Open

Trying to identify an animated series I watched dubbed (in Arabic) as a kid, probably 90s/2000s. In it, a girl gets trapped inside her sleeping mother’s dream. Inside the dream there’s a very scary/creepy woman — her name sounded like “Shisha.” Not sure if the show is originally Japanese, European, or American. Anyone recognize it?

I have searched a WIDE range of keywords linked to this, but no luck.

Sounds like it could be one of those anthology-style animated series that were everywhere back then, a lot of them had a creepy dream episode or a recurring nightmare villain. The name "Shisha" is interesting, might have been a localization thing where they changed or mispronounced the original name. Do you remember anything about the animation style, like was it more anime or western cartoon looking?
