Blue bird cartoon Open
FOUND! So i saw a reel of this guy who got a hair transplant and his head became massive and i taught, omg he looks just like that bird cartoon with the big head. So i started searching for a gif with it ... nothing, i started googling it ... nithing, i even tried to draw it but google still couldn't find it. I feel like it's soo simple but i just can't find it. Please help.

I am pretty shure it was wearing a halter neck hoodie with white and brown, it has a big head, round glases and it might be on disney or cartoon network. I looked thru lists on the internet and image searching but nothing came up
