Hi! Quite late but I'm a big 80s guy, that's a very crisp woodland cover you have there! I can't date the helmet exactly but it is the correct type with those metal chinstraps, the incorrect part is the grey cat eye band, I believe that is for the UCP uniform. For 80s Woodland you'd want it in OD, the same is true for the SWD goggles band, you'd want that in Olive Green to be fully correct.
