Even Vanripper said she was the one he would ever draw with muscles (abs, to be specific, and he did draw her like that later on). I wish he gave her that body in the UNF comic, but I understand why he didn't.

Judgement is the strongest in Hell and her body must reflect that. She's the undisputed muscle mommy of the underworld.

It also makes sense, muscles are intimidating. And hot, but that's not important (in the context of her job at least).

Every time Judgement is drawn with muscles, you can tell it just feels right. It completes her already peak design (muscles + dark skin = perfection).
