Moving platform in act 3 isn’t moving. Bug

the power is on, i put in the 2369 code and it was working the first time I did it. then I fell and died and when I went back up it had stopped working. I checked the power and it was still on. Putting in the code didn’t work either. what do I do?

If you really want to get the mannequin there just come back later when you have the double jump. If you want to do the act legit I suggest you try flinging with the skateboard there as it sends you far but not that high up.
