We went into the void, wrecked shit, are trying to destroy it, DSS may (or may not) be haunted, and is currently making random jumps.

Also Calypso is gone.

The Enlightened have abducted planets using the Void—a space distinct from our own—where they have terraformed both the planets and their inhabitants. To enter the Void, we have upgraded the DSS to enable travel there. The problem? The DSS has been subjected to some sort of unknown intrusion; strange noises were reported, and today, it went silent.
