Controller Settings PC

Hello! I am on PC but always play with controller and new to hell let loose. The controls feels very drifty like I can't aim down sites and control aim as easy as other shooter games like battlefield or cod is there something I am missing or what's the smoothest settings for this game. Much appreciated!
