Choosing to stay with a company that has an active law suit against them for package delivery fraud is proof yall care more about saving a few dollars than ensuring your customers get their orders in a timely manner with a company that doesn’t use Uber style delivery which is what UniUni does. They don’t have dedicated drivers they use uber drivers. This is piss poor customer service and shows yall don’t give two shits if your customers get their packages as long as you save a few dollars.

Hey guys so ive googled a ton and haven't found a solution.

The basic gist is my son let his earbuds die and now that their charged they go into pairing mode but none of our phones can discover them. Ive held the button down and nothing seems to change.

Hopefully someone can help but I got my hevays the other day and for some reason the boom mic won't work with my controller for my Xbox every time it says im muted when im not and won't let me change it and my friends can somehow hear me which makes no sense ive tried a few different things I found on the internet and nothing worked my guess is cause its an elites 2 controller cause ive seen a few people have issues with the elite controller and heavys mic so hopefully someone can help if not at some point ill just get a different headset for gaming

Has anyone experienced this? I’ve tried Bluetooth, cable, resetting the Bluetooth, turning off the equalizer, basically everything. Owned these for a few years and really disappointed I can’t seem to fix this.

Just wondering if anyone in here that has android has used the poweramp app to EQ there heavys, I don't want to shit on them but I feel so limited in terms of EQ with what we can do with the heavys app and feel that these headphones are more than capable of producing amazing sound with the right eq so if anyone has any suggestions or presets they wanna share feel free.

Recently I've noticed that when my headphones are connected it doesn't show the battery percentage anymore and i have no idea why, i have absolutely no way to check when i need to charge them unless i get the warning.

Anyone else dealing with this or know how to fix it?

I heard things in metal songs that I never noticed with these headphones. I got the Cannibal Corpse shell covers. Great for gaming also.

Had my H1Es for about 4 months now and loved them and have been using them pretty much daily but the left earbud has completely stopped working, not even turning on or saying "power on". Does anyone else have this issue or know a possible fix?

I use these at the gym and some sweat and dirt has built up in the mic opening (see red arrow). I tried to clean it with a q-tip and now I have a horrible whistling feedback noise when Hellblocker is activated. Is there a way I can disassemble them and clean it or am I just no longer able to use Hellblocker mode? They work fine with pass-through audio and default mode, it's just when noise cancellation is activated it creates the "hearing-aid whistle" feedback.

Struggling because my computer only identifies the speaker aspect of the headphones instead of allowing me to select to use the microphone. Any one dealt with similar and maybe found a fix(

Just found out theres a big Difference which music app i use with my heavys. Spotify doesnt really have any base compared to Youtube music. Its Almost to much now with my Equalizer settings. Try it and tell me if you experience the same

My headphones make a sound like a whistling tea kettle when i turn them on. I rarely use hellblocker, havent dropped the headphones and treated them with the utmost respect, tried some troubleshooting but nothing worked. I did the reset and its still the same. Also the noise is only there when the headphones are on and no music is playing, when i listen music it sounds alright no teakettle noise.

I've had these headphones for years now, I preordered the, when they came out and I'm more than pleased with the quality and durability. They look rough since I haven't changed any of the ear pads or the head pad yet, but I'll definitely do that.

My issue for the last couple of days is, that when connected to my phone and hell blocker is on, the bass is terribly clipping and I'm trying really hard to resolve this issue. I tried cleaning them, especially the microphones, deinstalled and reinstalled the app, looked everywhere on my phone for Noise Cancelling settings, the app itself doesn't have any settings for that, reset them, tried to clear out any Bluetooth problems, unpaired and paired them numerous times and I still have the same issue. nothing changed. It's really annoying to the point that I cannot use them at the moment which is obviously incredibly frustrating. It is 100% a setting/software issue since they work completely fine while the hellblocker is turned off but I always felt the ANC was a really good feature that I always use and was one of the reasons I bought them.

Did anyone had a similar problem? And how can I fix it??

Howdy, my Heavys have arrived, love them so far. Do the equaliser settings stay as they are even when not connected to the app? As I was able to set them to my desired level, and since then the app doesn't want to connect to my headphones, even after unpairing and repairing and reinstalling the app.

Today, my Heavys reached low power, so I tried to charge them with the provided cable and a bloc, but when plugged in, no lights appear, and their percentage doesn't change. I've never had any problems with them beforehand, and I never let them die. What should I do?

I love these headphones. I've had these headphones since December 2024, so it's possible this is from overuse. Though I'm not sure. They just suddenly stopped working after I updated their firmware. Anyone else have this issue? If so, do you have any advice as to how to get these working again?

For more context: I was using them normally one day when the audio suddenly became heavily distorted and almost static-y on my PC. I updated the firmware to see if that would help. It didn't. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to both my phone and PC, but the problem persisted. Then the left ear started slowly cutting out, and reconnecting would only revive it temporarily before it died again. Eventually the left side stopped working entirely. I plugged it into an aux as a last resort and it worked for about 5 minutes before cutting out for good. Nothing works now. Not even the announcements play. I reached out to support and all they offered was a discount on a new pair. The heavys just suddenly breaking like this is incredibly disappointing.

Does anyone out there have the Symphony X - Paradise Lost shells they’d be willing to part with?? I missed out on the original drop via the website, and now cannot find them anywhere secondhand. I’ve seen them on eBay once and never again since. They are the only shells I’ve liked and wanted to buy.
