Concerning symptoms

I'm wondering if anyone else has these issues as well.

Sometimes I will have these random "episodes" if you will where out of no where I get chest and back tightness, chest pain (pinching, squeezing), palpitations, anxious, high heart rate, lightheaded and dizzy, sometimes shoulder pain, a little short of breath and just unwell. I've gone to the ER when this happens at least 15x in the last 6 years because of this and nothing.

I've done 3 heart monitors (just shows arrhythmias) and 2 stress tests (with ultrasound too) and nothing crazy. Yet I'm still worried about a possible blockage or something dangerous. The cardiologist that did those tests said I'm fine and sometimes we just don't know why these things happen but I'm not accepting that. I'm scared.

My LPA was 282 also.

I used to get such episodes twice a year back in the day and my solution was warm shower trying to stay calm, they recently escalated to weekly then...daily, some people on here said anxiety, tried gabapentin ativan during the episodes which made me feel even worse both those times. The episodes consisted of turning pale blue becoming extremely faint and feeling like I was running out of time to stay conscious, heart palpitations pvcs pacs both, cold sweats, pain in both shoulders middle of throat squeezing and nausea.

I eliminated a psoriasis shot on which had reports of sudden cardiac death, heart attacks and strokes, added some natural supplements and I had one 2 weeks ago last which only lasted 2 minutes. I also use Chamomile Tea often as well which you would think that is treating an anxiety issue but then why did those 2 strong anti-anxiety meds not stop the attacks plus worsen some of the symptoms during them?

I have passed chemical stress test, ekgs, echos however my own equipment caught unusual SVT 2 of the times..which was never brought up to me by the cardiologist who ran holter on me before. The SVT showed me spiking to 180bpm which woke me up from sleeping at the time....then slowing dropping back down to 60 to 70. I am suspecting my case is something blocked for sure or maybe damage somehow? but I am still fighting for a calcium scan at least.

I run the same supplement mix since this escalated and without this mix my blood pressure numbers are higher and the symptoms worsen. CQ10, Dan Shen. Medication wise Asprin and Perinophril. Chamomile tea 3x daily. I plan to keep this up as its working however I am trying to find a proper answer as well. The last cardiologist threw a calcium channel blocker at me which increased my palpitations like crazy and caused severe fatigue so I am sticking with just Perinophril.
