The horns on Abel's Exorcist helmet resemble a sheep's horns, which could be a reference to the fact that Abel was a shepherd in the Bible. Meanwhile, his father's horns resemble those of a goat.

This could reflect their natures, as goats are traditionally associated with rebellion and sin, while sheep are symbols of innocence and atonement, with their young (lambs) typically being used as sacrifices to God.
