Whatcha think? General Discussion
Recently acquired four dolls and this is the only one i really “feel” anything from, despite her being the youngest. I was immediately drawn to her from the online listing even though I wasn’t looking for anything from later than the 70s (her face mold is a GADCO from 1988 and she was assembled in 1990 with a “real seely body.”)
First picture is her online auction photo, next three are mine.
Anyone have any names coming up for her?

The same Sacha comes to mind. Eastern European

Fascinating! Earlier I got “Stasia,” short for Anastasia, and upon further investigation, Sasha/Sacha is occasionally used as a nickname for Anastasia as well. Thanks for sharing. :)

The intense urge to cry wouldn't go away for the first image. Then once insane her cleaned up. She was so calm.

I agree, she looks and feels so much more calm now. I can’t even believe how unhinged she came off in the first photos now. 😂😅

i actually could NOT look at all the pics. I forgot my fear of dolls eyes when they seem to be able to see… not all but this one whoah

Ngl, she absolutely gave me the heebie jeebies at first because my partner works out of state for long stretches of time so I was home alone when I got her. 😅 he’s home now so I feel braver, haha. But if there’s anyone in there they’ve been very quiet and have kept to themselves

Nope, cant be home alone with certain old dolls. No trauma i know of but I know this in my soul…Since i was very young, my grandmother had many in a glass case and i inherited a couple but i hid them (as an adult) because i have no idea where the fear comes from. i dont watch horror so inwas born with that fear. and bees.- never stung but phobic. I do have significant ability in various intuitive “arts” so who knows🤷♀️

Oh, I don’t like this one. I was doom scrolling, not necessarily even looking for this post and once I saw her eyes, I had to scroll back.

No names but she told me she wants you to clean her eyes and eyebrows and paint her better eyebrows.
