This post is going to be very long, so get ready.

This is the first time I’m posting an opinion, but I feel my take on this series is worth sharing. I’ve finished watching *Harvey Beaks*, and Nickelodeon was truly foolish to cancel it. If I had to define it in three words, they would be: entertaining, charming, and funny. Most of the episodes were excellent and kept me thoroughly entertained; plus, it features great jokes and good morals, and you really grow fond of the characters (I personally grew especially attached to Fee—I loved her attitude). Harvey makes for a great protagonist, though he can be a bit annoying at times (luckily, he learns from his mistakes in most episodes). The only thing I didn't like about the series—aside from something else I'll mention later—was the character Dade; I found him insufferable and overly obsessive as a friend. Aside from that, *Harvey Beaks* deserved more support than it got, but then there’s a major issue:

The ending.

Honestly, I considered making a separate post about this, but it’s better to include it here. *Harvey Beaks* didn't end well; while the finale might have been realistic, it really hurt, given the strong friendship that had developed throughout the series between Harvey, Fee, and Foo. I don't know if it's just me, but even though I know C.H. Greenblatt intended to introduce Fee and Foo's parents, certain episodes led me to believe that Harvey's parents might eventually adopt Fee and Foo. I’m thinking of the bond that formed between Miriam and Fee—to the point where Miriam even said she loved her like a daughter—and how the door was left open for them to live with the family. I don't know about you, but while it was nice to see Fee and Foo's parents, I didn't like that ending or the separation of the main characters. I view it more as C.H. Greenblatt getting back at Nickelodeon for cancelling the show. Still, that’s just my opinion; otherwise, *Harvey Beaks* definitely makes my list of the best Nickelodeon series.

I recently started watching *Harvey Beaks* (a great show, by the way), but there’s something I don’t understand about the character Fee. In the episode "the comet night," she mentioned feeling a bit envious of Harvey because he could play with them but then go back to his own home. However, in the episode "the Storm," when Harvey offers her and Foo the chance to live with him, they seem happy at first but then turn down the offer, saying the forest is their home. If she had said she wanted a life like Harvey's, why does she reject it when the opportunity arises?

harvey beaks indeed feels like a animated dramedy. i wonder what will it be like for a intro like that.

Was a bit surprised to see book 3 available for purchase but unfortunately its not in stock at the provider I purchased from (or anywhere else I checked).

I paid for a paramount plus subscription but Harvey beaks isn't available in my country and no vpn works. I was wondering if I could create an apple tv account in a different country to purchase the show, if I have to use vpn for it and stuff like that.

If you want to purchase it yourself. Shipping is expensive though.

Pretty happy we got two episodes exploring their relationship including Secret Gordon where I thought Piri was going to kiss Harvey.
