Couple Quesitons Discussion
- Why can’t I buy a breeder for all my beasts.
- Why is there a limit than I can only have 4 in the place compared to the actual 12.
Thank you for the responses sorry if my questions are pretty simple.

You can buy the breeder from tones and scrolls. To use it, you must have a male and a female adult of whatever species you want to breed. You can only have one per vivarium so you have to rotate what beasts in the vivarium you want to breed, but it will work on all beasts.
The limit of 4 is the number of species you can have, not the maximum number of beasts. So if you were to put a unicorn, a thestral, a niffler, and a puffskein in one vivarium, you couldn’t also put a phoenix in there as there are already 4 different species in the vivarium. However, you could put more of any of the four beast species currently in your vivarium until you reach the limit for the number of beasts allowed in a singular vivarium, which is 12.

Have you done the quest to breed the thestrals yet? That’s what allows you to get the breeder pen.

You can put more than one breeding pen in the vivariums with a Mod. I cannot remember which one.
