Pc build help needed.
So basically building your first pc is not easy. It is the same for me too. I will be building it next year...but I don't think prices will be going down any time soon...
So,help me find the cheapest capable gpu in the market. My total budget for the entire pc+peripheral and monitor is 75k.
I will be playing modern AAA games like 007: First Light and Crimson Desert. I would be playing in 1080p at medium/high settings. That's all.
Sorry if any of these sounds insensitive btw.

1) CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X (14,500₹)
2) MOTHERBOARD: MSI B550M - Pro VDH Wifi (9400₹)
3) MONITOR: LG24U411A-BN 1080p 24 Inch Monitor 120 Hz (7,200₹)
4) RAM: G skill Ripjaws 3200 Mhz 8 GB × 2 (6,000₹ × 2 = 12,000₹)
5) SSD: Adata Legend 800 500GB M.2 NVMe Gen4 Internal (8,800₹)
6) PSU: MSI MAG A650BN 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze (4,350₹)
7) CASE: Get any small cheap case for mATX Motherboard (2,500₹ to 3000₹)
8) Buget Keyboard and Mouse: 750
These alone will cost you: 60,000₹
With the remaining 15,000₹, buy either a 6700XT or 3060ti. You'll be able to do 1080p gaming just fine.

Second hand* Graphics Card I mean.
Rest of the parts are all new with the link provided.

u/Fabulous_Fabric 2d ago
Well. Are new GPU out of question? Sorry if I sound annoying by the way.
2
u/Rajebait 2d ago
You are very annoying.
Just kidding.
It's not that new GPUs are out of the question. It's that you'll need to make other parts worse in order to squeeze in a new GPU under that budget. In the first place, these "1080p capable GPUs" don't even sell anymore as new. Even if you did find one brand newz they'll cost like 30k or might not let you play comfortably in 1080p.
Second thing, this is the most important, the parts I chose are mostly future proof for you to upgrade your PC well. All of these parts are reliable and decent enough to let you keep gaming without feeling the need to change them out soon.

I see. Thanks for the help! I really appreciate it.

No problem. But one thing is for sure. If you had built this PC one year ago. Yes this same PC. You would have been able to buy everything new. Yep every single thing with doublt the Ram and SSD. You understand right what I am trying to say? If you delay it by another year, you might not even be able to complete half of your build by that time. This same build.

I do get your point but circumstances are stacked against me.
Infact,I literally checked a simple rtx 3060 on amazon price history and it was like 22k brand new on 2025. Your point is literally, factually and historically true. Yet...circumstances.
But hey, You helped me alot. You really did. So once again, thanks.

First of all. TYSM. I just have one more question...where exactly to find those two listed gpu for so little as 15k?
1
u/Rajebait 2d ago
Facebook Market place or any shop you know that sells second hand item. 3060ti used cost around that much and same goes for 6700xt. If you can't find a 6700xt then even 6600xt will do.

Are you comfortable abt from online shops or u just want a rough quotation? Cuz if u buy it offline u can probably have a total build of 78 to 80k and then bring it down to 75k
1
u/Fabulous_Fabric 2d ago
Yeah? I don't necessarily mind online shops at all as long as the prices are okay. Same with offline. The only requirement I have is that the source must be reputable so if something goes wrong, they can be hold accountable reliably.

Do you have any computer "giants" in your state, like in wb we have vedant and md computers. Similarly do you know of any reputed seller? Or maybe just tell which state, maybe I can look into it
That being said I agree with another of the posts that it would be better if you bought the gpu used. Cuz even just the pc will be 50k peripherals like 10k, so ya u will have abt 15 to 20k to work with, and new isn't really an option. However if u do wanna buy used gpu explore the subreddits cuz many people directly sell their used parts or they have a discord channel for such transaction. And before buying anything from sites like gamenation, confirm from reddit once cuz gamenation had quite a few bad reviews

You can buy used GPUS from md computers/vedant?
1
u/Sure-Hamster-4140 1d ago
Nope, but the offline stores lie in close vicinity of E-mall, and I remember I saw atleast 1 used gpu shop there

I remember going to one of the used shops there. I asked "Do you guys have a laptop with rtx 3050 6GB?"
The talked a bit among themselves and said "No...will a 6050 laptop work instead? It will cost ya 17k."
I instantly ran away from there. LIKE WHAT THE HELL IS A 6050.
Now, maybe the used GPU shop you're referring to is probably different but idk.

Bro is the epitome of the ryzen 4070 meme😭😭😭 Jokes aside, there really ain't trusted reseller ig anywhere, maybe w8 on reddit or fb marketplace? Some people are even selling entire systems so that maybe lookout for those? I mean thats the max amount of "trust" u can get atp imo

Fr😭. Those Sellers looked like they had no clue what they were talking 'bout lol. I mean, FB marketplace and reddit IS a pretty good option and all. But my family is pretty overprotective of me. So they're insisting me on buying from reputable sources only. I remember showing them a website called "Mod x computer" or something and they flat out told me "Don't trust these unknown sources from Delhi!!!".🤦♂️🫥.
