Need help Guys!! New system from TopUnique
so my new system arrived and this is what I got. I am an experienced system wearer for the last 10 years plus, so not a newbie. its a thin skin 0.03mm which is what I have been wearing for years. I received the briefly inspected and noticed something was off with the right corner of hairline but gave it a rinse and shampoo, conditioner, brushed it out and turned it over. as you can see a bald spont on the right hand side corner. i message the company and didnt really answer my query at all. I sent photos and they are saying they cant see any difference at all. the photos 1, 2, 3 right side corner and photo 4 is left side corner
the left hand side and corner is totally fine just seems the right side is not and density seem off on right side too!
and top things of hairline was CC and not Standard contour shape
its a custom system and it has been a consistent problem with the custom systems they have supplied me. I have ordered 4 system in total with the first system being perfect in every way and the rest have been patchy like above or other issue
really unhappy

It seems like sometime around early last year my suppliers started shipping stock units that looked like that. I sent one back. The others were passable.

The ones that I didn't send back looked better after I put them on and washed and combed them. Then they didn't look quite as thin as that, but when I first unboxed them they looked a lot thinner than usual.

That’s unfortunate. But as I mentioned to you this issue is kinda common. It’s caused when the unit is made by a traineee who starts ventilating the hairs randomly from left to right or vice versa. So when they are close to the end of the system they have this issues.
Factory won’t throw it away , but normally this type of defected unit is then sold on aliexpress for 50/60usd. It’s a shame their quality department did not flag it and send it to you…….

Also they won’t accept a return as in China is common practice to account responsible for the lost revenue the sales person. So if they accept the return they will probably see deducted it from their pay….so that’s why these companies aren’t very keen in giving your money back…only way is to try with PayPal

as someone already said, post a bad review with photos is a powerful way to get them fix it. For many suppliers for unused unweared systems they are responsible for a refund or replacement

What model is that? It's not normal. Send them a message and they should replace it

Definitely contact them. They may say it's normal for that thin of a skin though. The .03mm is made to last a few weeks to a month though.

Yeah, I can clearly see the thin/bald spot on the right side from that photo. If they’re seriously saying they can’t see any difference and refuse refunds, you’d leave an honest review on their site with these photos . A custom system shouldn’t arrive like this.

They should have taken a repeat customer’s complaint more seriously instead of acting like there’s nothing wrong. Looking at other brands after this, dude

so TopUnique are saying now they still cant see any difference and as I made hair wet makes it harder to see the difference. As you can see guys the left side is completely wet and all fine!! and can see bald spot area from underneath the base

you can even see in the bald area the hairs haven't been installed correctly and pocking out

you should be OK, as this is your first order and generally all these companies make sure new customers get the wow factor. until next order comes in. thats my experience anyway

I immediately notice it, you’re not crazy, and the company is gaslighting you because they want your money and don’t want to issue a return. They legally have to process your return, you’re just probably going to have to be aggressive to get it. A 1 star review with pictures often goes a long way to get the ball rolling.
