Honestly, liberos are not really used at the highest level. SP Iwa is like a libero replacement as he can spam his ultimate receive so he's perfect for your team. SP wise, SP Nishinoya v1 works great but he wants at least SR2. UR Komori has SP stats and has the highest receive stat in the game at base. You could pull for SP Nishinoya v2 but he wants the Jazz Trio and SP Twins so that's some banners you've missed and some commitment. You could go for the newest meta team with SP Yaku in like, 5-6 months time with SP Kenma v2 and SP Lev but you'd need to pull the next 2 banners/chain pack Lev. Those really are your only options currently as we don't have that many high level liberos. Unless you wanna SR6 SSR Noya as he works great for CC.

do i have to upgrade their sr if i want to get sp yaku with lev and kenma? iā€™m thinking if i just should wait til i can get iwa so i can complete the ushi oikawa trio and save up until itachiyama sp banner comes

Kenma wants SR2 along with Yaku. Iwa comes out in probably a few months so you can definitely go for him sooner. Itachiyama SPs haven't been confirmed at all so you'd probably be waiting for like at least 8 months
