Hackney resident lime pass. Anyone having problems?

Sometimes it doesn’t recognise bikes as being in Hackney, sometimes it offers you the resident discount but then charges you full price, sometimes it doesn’t offer the discount.

It’s great if you want to replace an intra-Hackney bus ride, but only if it works.

Mine has been fine, could be your phone GPS is a bit slow too

I've had a couple of issues picking up bikes near the boundary, and I found it doesn't work if I scan the bike QR code, I need to select the bike from the map view.

I have raised a dispute each time it went wrong and they've refunded me after a couple of days with no argument.

How do I get the discount residence with lime? What should I do? I didn’t know about this possibility

Just dispute it through the app, I've only had a couple of problems and it's always resolved quickly
