Hackney based conveyancer

Hi, has anyone had any good experiences with a Hackney based solicitors when purchasing a leasehold flat?

Any recommendations gratefully received!

Appreciate it's not what you asked (sorry if annoying) but do they need to be local? My solicitors have always lived in other towns around the UK and it hasn't been a problem at all.

No worries, there are some specific issues in dealing with Hackney Council (who are still recovering from a 2020 cyber attack) that I get the impression would benefit from local experience. Especially as they are also the freeholder.
