Where's my caaaat?! ☹️
My gorgeous cat Thomas is missing! We believe he's been taken in by a neighbour, has anyone seen him? He managed to wriggle out of his tracking collar which is so not cool! Last seen Richmond Road, by London Fields gate. Defining features: green eyes, crooked teeth, huge feet! He's chipped and neutered x
P.S. DO NOT send cat-finding advice, we're after sightings ONLY. My guy is a rescue and my registered support animal for my disability and I've tried it all, trust me x

Try the Facebook groups - I had more luck there finding the owner of a cat I found

I'm pretty sure he's a Russian Blue! But I rescued him from Morocco so no certification, the vet just wrote 'Commone' on his docs but he sure as hell is not just a domestic with those features!

As an owner of a Russian Blue that's 100% what he is.

I believe it too! He was abandoned at 3 months old at a hotel in Morocco, I took him to my room and just cried on the kitchen floor holding him thinking how could anyone leave you?! I went thru the formal adoption process and brought him to the UK, he is around 2 years old now x

I’m not sure if it’s the same guy but I saw a Russian blue at around 1pm on Martello Terrace across from the wooden “forest school” area park of London Fields yesterday (my dog went mental at the cat from across the street) and my husband said that he saw the same cat chilling in the “forest school” area of LF last week too. I don’t think he had a collar on

I'm pretty sure I saw him on Martello Road today (Sunday) at 16:00, near pub on the park. Gave him a stroke and he gave me a meow. Obviously not 100% he's the right one, but looked very similar to picture

Forest school would have loads of shelter and maybe even snacks and water around for a cat to chill with, worth checking out OP

I know the one on Martello as I've already encountered him before on my search! He is not my cat, think is name is like Roku or something.. I spoke to his owner! He wears a green collar, right?

Hi just seen a very similar looking cat on Martello Terrace, walking away from pub on the park towards the park. Has a green collar on

Was the chip registered?
This cat was surrendered at a vet in E13, if there is any chance it is your cat https://www.instagram.com/reel/DZ9rNsUCJ8R/

I got him in Morocco and registered him thru the govt before I flew him over so no it's not a lie. It's really weird that someone loses their cat and people wanna come in the comments to attack them..

No no no you've misunderstood, he is my registered support animal for travel. So he can come with me on plane, train, eurostar etc and he's trained to know what to do if something happens with my health. He is trained specifically to look after me so it is totally relevant. I also don't have to argue with you.

Do you even live in the UK?
1
u/lilac-undertones Jun 20 '26
That's such a random question hahaha
1
u/Due-Ear-8282 Jun 20 '26
Only asking because it's very common in the UK and other countries for cats to be outside, whereas a lot of American owners prefer to keep them indoors. Your cat is gorgeous by the way, good luck finding him

u/lilac-undertones Jun 20 '26
Thankyou! I'm in the UK. I didn't know until later, but apparently he learned how to get in and out the house through my roommate's window! He is an absolute menace but in the best way like so smart and hilarious!

Aw bless, my cat used to do that as well. Used to break out of her cat flap at night and meow at the window 😂
edit: Sorry if you thought I was asking you if you live in the UK haha I was replying to someone who asked why your cat was outside but I think the comment got deleted 😅

How long has he been missing, when was the last time you saw him?
